The RUK Heavy Duty Leash makes for an excellent paddle leash in all conditions.
Often used by paddlers who are surfing their sit on tops to kayak fisherman and sea kayakers.

Made from bungee and nylon and secures the paddle using an adjustable velcro clasp.
